Meet the Team

Wendy Elliott
Vice President, Woodruff Brokerage Company

Wendy has been with the Woodruff Brokerage Company since February, 1996 specializing in commercial leasing, sales, and property management in Georgia and Alabama.

She has been directly involved in the sales, leasing, and management of retail centers and office buildings in Columbus, Georgia, and Phenix City, Alabama. Her duties include marketing these properties to the commercial brokerage community and soliciting prospective tenants as well as negotiating the economic terms of sales contracts and commercial leases with new owners or tenants. Wendy also negotiates lease renewals and expansions, compiles and projects operating budgets, leasing activity, and vacancy reports, and coordinates new tenants’ build-outs with contractors.

Wendy is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds a Georgia Sales Person License. She has served on several civic organization boards and is actively involved at First Presbyterian Church in Uptown Columbus.

She is married to J. Robert Elliott, Jr. from Columbus, Georgia; they have one daughter.

Muffy Schladensky
Commercial Leasing

Muffy has worked for the Woodruff Company since 1987. She has over 30 years of experience in commercial leasing and management. She holds Alabama and Georgia Real Estate Licenses and has been a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors since 1990.

Currently manages over 1,000,000 sq. ft. of office, retail and warehouse space. Involved in all aspects of property management including collection of rent, payment of invoices, tenant and landlord relations, leasing, renewals, supervision of maintenance employees, budgeting, negotiating contracts for outside services, etc. She marlets and leases multiple commerical properties with an emphasis on retail and office space.

She serves on several community boards and is active and serves on several committees of Trinity Episcopal Church. Mrs. Schladensky is a graduate of Wesleyan.
